Most larger production-houses work with a myriad of sub-contractors, partners and stakeholders. More often than not “far away from home”. Time has come to introduce a structured referred data- and communication flow into these production-models for scripted- and non-scripted edited productions We look at case-studies from an international Bank based in Hong Kong producing world-wide, experience with AI implementation in "Chinese Idol" from Chinese Internet Giant (iQiyi), and NRK productions.
